- General cleaning and organizing are required in the facility. Please clean and organize the facility thoroughly.
- 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
- 1. It was noted that the facility was not washing toys properly. Proper toy washing procedures were discussed with the operator during the inspection. Please wash all toys with soap and water, rinse with clean water and disinfect using bleach solution at 100 ppm for two minutes. The operator indicated they wash toys on monthly basis. Please increase toy washing frequency on weekly basis.2. It was noted that parents are making Play-Doh at home. Please note that homemade paly-doh is not allowed at the facility. Please note that regular flour cannot be used to make Play-Doh. Please either use commercial grade Play-Doh flour, or corn starch or purchase premade Play-Doh. If commercial grade flour or corn starch is being used to make Play-Doh, it must be made onsite, not at parents' home.
