      • Corrective Action(s): - Ensure cooler is able to maintain 4C or less.
      • - Ensure hand sink leak is repaired, and hand sink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Spice room hand sink had only cold water.
      • - Cutting/packing room hand sink located near band saw was turned off due to water leaking under the sink.
      • Corrective Action(s): - Spice room hand sink valve adjusted; warm water was made available (mixed valve).
      • - Cutting/packing room hand sink turned on (warm water available). Ensure hand sink remains on so that it is available for use.
      • Ensure all hand washing stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times to faciltate proper hand washing.

      • Observation: One spray bottle contained bleach water sanitizer at a concentration greater than 200 ppm chlorine.
      • Corrective Action(s): Contents of spray bottle discarded. Bleach water sanitizer was re-made and tested at a concentration of 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Ensure sanitizer is maintained at safe and effective concentrations for food contact surfaces. Verify concentrations with test strips.
