      • Observation(s): No chlorine test strips were observed for measuring the sanitizer concentration of low temperature dishwasher and food contact surface sanitizer. This is required to ensure appropriate sanitizing concentrations. Ensure chlorine test strips are available onsite.
      • F2.1A Sanitizer test strips must be available for each chemical sanitizer used at the premises.

      • Observation(s): Chlorine sanitizer was measured at 0 ppm in the final rinse cycle of low temperature dishwasher. Ensure to maintain a minimum of 50 ppm chlorine in the final rinse cycle of the dishwasher for adequate sanitizing of utensils, and test the sanitizer concentration daily with chlorine test strips. No sanitizer solution was observed for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Sanitizing solution with accurate concentration are required for adequate sanitizing of food contact surfaces. CDI- Use chlorine test strips to ensure a 200 ppm chlorine concentration is measured in the sanitizer solution, and replace the sanitizer solution every 2 hours or as needed.

    Music is medicine and the frequency at 528 hertz is love. Frequency Sound offers the atmosphere for community connection, co-creation and celebration. Micro moments within the walls and each breath radiate care. Come for a matcha lattee, listen to high vibes or create harmony within and with others. Joe, Dave, Stefan and others have sanctified and serve frequencies of love, gratitude, joy and belonging. It's not a coffee shop it's is place to plug in and amplify life, love and the little things that matter.

    This place has been my favorite experience of Kelowna so far! They have a rehersal room you can rent, a guitar (and other instruments ) you can play. Plus great conversation! I look forward to coming back.

    Great place! Super interesting studio and coffee shop, highly recommend checking it out. You can play the instruments and meet some nice folks. Great coffee and cookies, Rachel was great, very sociable and kind! Location is spot on as well. Will be coming back.

    Super cute place with a unique story tucked away in East Kelowna. The server was very knowledgeable about the company and the wine, she was also very friendly. Wine was tasty too. All and all a lovely visit. Worth the trip!
