      • Several preempt disinfectant wipes and the CS20 high-level disinfectant solution were found to be expired during the inspection. Staff were instructed to discard all expired products and to utilize the unexpired bulk supplies available in the store. Disinfectants must not be used beyond their expiration date to ensure adequate equipment disinfection, as manufacturer instructions and expiration dates on labels must always be followed.
