      • Operator was diluting high-level disinfectant with water. Follow manufacturers instructions for the use of high-level disinfectant at all times.
    • 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
      • Hyaluronic acid used for mirconeedling has manufacturer's indication that it is not for use on broken or open skin. Stop the use of product immediately for microneedling procedure. Obtain serums suitable for use on broken and/or open skin.

High-level disinfectant, preempt CS20, was not being used properly, operator only soak the tools in CS20 for 5 minutes.-Please paste the step-by-step preempt CS20 cleaning procedure near the reprocessing sink to serve as reference.
