Please purchase a new bottle of CS20, as high‑level disinfectants must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions for use and must be within the expiration date printed on the bottle.

      • Used and uncleanable nail files were observed onsite.-Please discard the indicated equipment. Do not reuse porous and uncleanable nail files and bluffers to prevent spread of diseases or infection.

      • There was no high-level disinfectant available onsite during the inspection.-Please procure and use high-level disinfectant, such as preempt CS20 or HLD5, to disinfect reusable semi-critical equipment such as nail clipper and cuticle remover.
