- 19(1)(e) A food establishment must be located, designed, constructed and maintained to ensure all of the following:
(e) that there is effective protection to prevent the access and sheltering of insects, rodents and other pests.
- Observed front door propped open and no screen or screen door was installed. Door was closed at this time. If you wish to leave the door open, install a screen door which will prevent the entrance of pests.
- 23(1)(b) All equipment and utensils used to process, prepare, store, serve, sell or display food must be designed, constructed, installed and maintained to

- Observed a burnt out light bulb in the walk-in fridge. Replace lightbulb so proper cleaning can take place. Observed edge of counter to have bad water damage. Replace edge of counter so it is smooth and easily cleanable.
