     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Three opened tin can containers observed with leftover food product inside. Opened tin cans contained pineapples, mushrooms, and olives. Inside walls of tin cans can react with the air and can result in chemicals leaching into the food product.
     • Corrective Action(s): Staff transferred the leftover food product in the tin cans into food grade containers.
