      • The facility did not have an established procedure in place to monitor food temperatures of cold food products that were received from the central kitchen. Implement a food monitoring procedure. Temperature logs were onsite; however cold foods also need to be monitored. A probe thermometer was available to measure food temperatures in the future.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The dishwasher was tripping the electrical panel breaker. Ensure this is repaired.
