- Reprocessed semi-critical tools were being stored in unclean containers. There were nail clippings and debris observed in the containers.Clean and disinfect all storage containers regularly. Ensure reprocessed tools are stored only in clean, sanitary containers to prevent contamination.

- Alcohol was being used to disinfect semi-critical manicure tools.Alcohol is not an approved form of disinfectant for any surface. Use an approved disinfectant with a valid Drug Identification Number (DIN). Semi-critical tools must be disinfected using a high-level disinfectant.
