      • 1. Client service rooms for both hair braiding and lash service requires an alcohol based hand sanitizer for use by provider as the designated handsink is not in the immediate area. Note: 99% isopropyl alcohol is not an appropriate product for use as a handsanitizer.2. Single-use disposable gloves are onsite. Ensure single-use gloves are used (in addition to handwashing and handsanitizer use) when providing service for lash extensions/lifts/tinting as provider is handling mucouse membrane area of lash line.

      • Tweezers are stored in cannisters on cart without protection. Store for individual use in sealed packages or in a covered container.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • 1. Reviewed procedure for use of PreEmpt CS20, operator did not follow manufacturer's instruction to rinse after soaking in disinfectant. Corrected onsite. Ensure after soaking in disinfectant the tweezers are rinsed and then air dried.2. No records are in place for daily confirmation of re-use of CS20 meets testing with use of test strips for hydrogen peroxide concentration. Ensure re-use of CS20 solution is tested for each day it is reused is satisfactory pass on test strip. (up to max of 14 day)

      • 1. Test strips for PreEmpt CS20 are expired as of Aug 31, 2026. Solution was tested onsite by inspector and was satisfactory. Ensure replacement test strips are provided onsite for testing PreEmpt CS20. In interum, do not reuse solution until test strips are onsite. 2. Tweezers are placed onto paper towels for air drying. Provide a clean drying rack to air dry tools.
    • 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
      • 1. Reflectocil cosmetic brown tint was not date marked. Ensure date mark for 'upon opening' to track tint is discarded after 12 month use.2. Several boxes of opened trays containing lash extensions were uncovered on the cart or in drawer. Ensure all cosmetic products are covered to protect the contents from contamination.
