      • Probe thermometer was unable to be located. A probe thermometer is required to confirm that cooked meats have reached the required internal temperature.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Paper towel at the handwashing sink needs to be in a dispenser or dispensing unit.

      • AHS pest control checklist was printed but didn't appear to be filled out monthly. Ensure the records are filled out monthly.

      • Sanitizer spray bottle in the kitchen measured at 1000 ppm chlorine. Ensure the bleach water bottle measures at 100 ppm chlorine (1/2 tsp of bleach per liter of water).
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Insecticides were stored in the pantry with food. Only a licensed pest control technician can apply insecticides in a licensed kitchen/daycare. The insecticides were removed.
