- Sanitizer spray bottle in the kitchen measured at 1000 ppm chlorine. Ensure the bleach water bottle measures at 100 ppm chlorine (1/2 tsp of bleach per liter of water).

- Insecticides were stored in the pantry with food. Only a licensed pest control technician can apply insecticides in a licensed kitchen/daycare. The insecticides were removed.
