- Observation(s): Quat sanitizer solution measured at ~50 ppm at two different kitchenette stations. Ensure that Quat sanitizer solution is between 200-250 ppm for effective sanitization. Effective sanitization procedures destroy organisms of public health importance that may be present on food contact surfaces.

- Observation(s): Sanitizer solution in bucket for wiping cloths was measured at 100ppm Quat. Staff indicated it had just been changed, dispenser was tested and found to be at 200ppm, so bucket was refilled again and found to be at 200ppm. The dispenser may need to run for a few seconds before the buckets are filled to ensure sanitizer concentration is sufficient. Corrected during inspection.
