      • Observation(s): - Confirmation of final approvals, including an occupancy permit for the new building, from the municipality is needed.
    • CI1.2 - Is the site plan verified and approved?
      • Observation(s): - The outside play space for the amendment is currently under construction. Licensing will inspect the outside play space, the play equipment, and verify the site plans at the next inspection.
      • CI1.2A - Ensure the site plan, drawn to scale, is a complete and accurate; Schedule B( 6 )(a)
    • CI1.5 - Has the emergency plan been reviewed and verified?
      • Observation(s): - The emergency evacuation plan will need revising due to the increase in total capacity and the addition of a Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program.
