      • Replenish detergent supply for commercial dishwasher. No detergent was being fed to dishwasher. Cease use and perform manual dishwashing until detergent supply is replenished. Operator to manage issue.
    • 34 - OPERATOR FAILING TO ENSURE THAT FOOD & FOOD INGREDIENTS ARE SERVED IN A MANNER THAT PREVENTS ADULTERATION OR CONTAMINATION.
      • Use sneeze guard to protect food on counter during service. Ensure clean plates are used for second servings. Do not let customer reuse dishware.

      • Dry ingredient bags once opened must be stored in tightly covered food container, labelled and dated, and off floor. Provide additional storage rack(s) / shelving to meet storage needs and store properly and > 6in. / 15 cm. off of the floor.
