    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • -Chlorine solution was measured at 50ppm. Operator indicated that it had not been made fresh that morning. The solution was remade at the time of inspection. Please ensure 100ppm Chlorine is used and the solution is prepared fresh daily.
    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • -The kitchen sponge was visibly unclean and in poor repair. If sponges are going to be used they need to be replaced frequently.
    • 07. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • -Food in this food establishment is not being protected from contamination during storage or handling. Butter was stored uncovered in the fridge. Ensure food is covered during storage.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • -There was no paper towel available for handwashing. It was replaced at the time of inspection.
    • 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • -There is an inadequate supply of hot and cold potable water. The hand sink did not have warm water. Please address.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • -Adequate records of pest control measures are not being maintained. The pest checklist was last filled out in February 2026.
