- Chemical spray bottles were not labelled to indicate contents. Action required: ensure all chemical spray bottles are labelled.

- Soap dispenser not installed in one of the staff washrooms. Soap & paper towel not available at the front/cashier hand wash sink. Action required: ensure all hand sinks are equipped with soap & paper towel. Note: the primary kitchen hand sink was equipped with the necessary supplies.

- Tape was on several of the front display cases. The cabinets where the primary hand wash station was located were visibly dirty. Action required: remove all tape from in the facility and clean indicated areas. Note: overall sanitation of primary kitchen area was satisfactory.
