      • Observation(s): Vinegar solution is being used for the sanitizing step. Advised the staff to use approved sanitizer (e.g. a 200 parts per million (ppm) bleach solution). To mix a 200 ppm bleach solution: 5 ml bleach per litre water. Use test papers to confirm proper concentrations.
