- Observation(s): internal temperature of 10.2C° observed in fridge used for storage of food. Refrigerator was turned down at time of inspection and operator instructed to dispose of food if temperature of 4.0C° cannot be maintained. Following inspection, operator stated appropriate temperature was reached, but food was disposed of.

- Observation(s): As per operator, no test strips are used on-site for the testing of the sanitizer. Environmental Health Officer to follow up once manufacture has been in contact. Product is a hydrogen peroxide and quaternary ammonium mix.
