The contents from the wash and rinse containers are not moving through the line to the dishwashing chamber. The peristaltic pump is not operating properly, as it is not turning. Please ensure the wash and rinse lines of the high temperature dishwasher are repaired to ensure adequate cleaning of utensils, dishware and equipment. - Staff were given two options:1) Wash, rinse and sanitize dishes manually using the two-compartment sink.2) Wash and rinse using the two-compartment sink. Followed by using the high temperature dishwasher to sanitize as the dishwasher was reaching adequate temperature.
