- 1. Some of the decanted cosmetic supplies at the pedicure stations were not labelled with its contents. Please label all decanted containers and ensure the original/bulk supply is kept on-site.

- There is an airfryer and microwave in the reprocessing area. Remove all food preparation equipment from the reprocessing area.Reprocessing areas must be separated from incompatible undertakings, which include:-sleeping;-dining;-food preparation;-routine employee and client traffic; and-storage of employee personal effects.

- 03. Are facility-specific written procedures established to adequately describe safe and sanitary practices?
- Written procedures were completed at the time of inspection.Written procedures for cleansing skin have been completed for the following services: -manicure -pedicure -eyelash extensionWritten procedures for accidental skin cuts or punctures was provided to the operator at the time of inspection.Reprocessing sink will not be used for handwashing therefore written procedures for sink decontamination is not required.

- Ensure written procedures are updated as needed. Personal service workers must know where these written procedures are kept. Written procedures must be presented to a PHI upon request.

- AHP7 indicator test strips are required. Discard the high-level disinfectant after each use until proper test strips have been obtained.High-level disinfectant logs are not being maintained. Templates were left on-site. Discussed how to properly maintain high-level disinfectant logs.

Obtain proper labelling requirements and/or discontinue use and remove this product from the facility.2. The Acutrol UV Glue was missing labelling requirements. Instructions for use is required. Obtain proper labelling requirements and/or discontinue use and remove this product from the facility.3. Scoops/spoons are being stored in the cosmetic supplies at the pedicure stations which could contaminate the bulk supply. Remove scoops/spoons from the container after use.4. Some of the decanted cosmetic supplies at the pedicure stations were not labelled with its contents. Please label all decanted containers and ensure the original/bulk supply is kept on-site.

- Upon entering the facility, strong chemical odor from manicure service was observed. The front entrance door was opened at the time of inspection to allow for additional ventilation.

Ensure it is large enough to fully soak the largest piece of equipment (i.e. metal foot files).The eyelash extension tweezers were not fully immersed in the high-level disinfectant.
