- Observation(s): - only one handwashing station available for line staff and prep in the back. water line is available to install a second handwashing sink for line staff to have designated handwashing. Second handwashing sink should be installed

- F1.2 Are proper temperature controls maintained to ensure safe storage and display of foods?
- Observation(s): Pastry display cooler measured to be at 8-10C. Temperature was manually brought down at the time of the inspection. Potentially hazardous food stored in the cooler was made <2 hours ago and was moved to a working cooler. Corrective Action: Monitor the temperature of the pastry cooler. Should this cooler is not capable of maintaining 4C or below, it must be properly repaired. In the mean time the cooler is verified to be in good working order, do not store any potentially hazardous food item. Food items can be stored for display only, however must be discarded at the end of a day.
