- Observation(s): - ants were seen crawling on prep table counters in back of house at time of inspection - ant traps were visible on the ground in various corners of back of house - please ensure all food storage containers are kept closed - deep clean corners of floors at end of season to reduce risk of attracting pests indoors - professional pest control company may be required

- Observation(s): - quat sanitizer was at 100ppm at time of inspection. sanitized bottles were emptied and replenished - recommend to empty bottles daily and allow solution to run for few seconds prior to filling as sanitizer concentration can decrease as it sits in the line
