      • Facility owner verbally demonstrated the process of semi-critical tool disinfection. Tools were submerged in the disinfectant solution for a time less than indicated by the manufacturing's instruction label.The manufacturing instructions of use (MIFU) of the high-level disinfectant were reviewed, and the facility owner was instructed to reprocess semi-critical tools according to the manufacturing instructions.

      • The first aid kit had expired supplies including but not limited to alcohol pads.Resupply the first aid kit with new and non-expired items. Note: Facility owner indicated that she would refill the kit immediately.
