      • Contents of Quats sanitizer spray bottle was tested using quats test strips. Zero ppm sanitizer concentration was noted. The contents of the bottle were discarded, and bottle was refilled with new sanitizer solution,Ensure sanitizer concentration is consistently monitored daily, and reading are entered in a log sheet. Log sheet must be available for review during re-inspection.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hand sink located in the meat preparation area was observed not draining properly at the time of inspection. Clean the drain and ensure the sink is functioning as intended to prevent water pooling and potential splashing of contaminated water during handwashing.Dirt and calcium buildup were noted on the surface of the handwashing sink. Thoroughly clean the sink and maintain it in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.

      • Hand sink on the back side of the facility was not accessible. Stuff was stored in front of the sink restricting its access. Stuff from the front of the sink was removed during inspection.Ensure hand washing sinks are functional, and accessible all the times.
