      • 1. Found some dirty brushes on manicure and pedicure stations. - Do not use brushes on clients' hands/feet unless they are cleaned and disinfected between clients.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • 1. Concentration of high level disinfectant PreEMPT CS20 is not being tested and tests recorded in a log- Test the disinfectant when reusing for multiple days. Record test findings daily. 2. Dremel drill bits are being disinfected in alcohol that is not an appropriate disinfectant. - Alcohol did not have a DIN# and instruction for use. Must use at least a low level disinfectant that has a DIN# and instruction for use.
