      • Concentration of quat measured 100 ppm in sanitizer solution of spray bottle located in prep area.Requirement:Ensure that concentration of quat is maintained at 100 ppm.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hand washing sink in beverage prep area was changed to dump sink and hand washing supplies were removed.Requirement: This sink can be used both for hand washing and as a dump sink.Provide soap and paper towels at this sink.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • a) Dirt and debris under glass lid of ice cream freezer located in sale area.b) Dirt buildup on floor under and near equipment /storage racks in sale area.c) Both ceiling vents near the main door were clogged with loose dust.Requirement:Clean the above noted areas.
