      • No written procedures for skin cleansing prior to services, accidental cuts and reprocessing sink decontamination were available.
    • 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
      • Some re-usable tools (nail clippers) were not visibly clean and were rusted. Ensure that the re-usable tools are visibly clean prior to disinfection, and rusted tools are replaced. A round brush is recommended for cleaning of nail clippers.
