- No sanitizer was initially prepared at the time of the walkthrough. The operator prepared a bleach sanitizer and placed their cleaning cloths in it. As discussed, ensure that a food-safe sanitizer is prepared and available for use at all times when the restaurant is in use, and store all cleaning cloths in a container of sanitizer during use.

- The front counter handwash sink soap pump was not functional. Operator replaced the soap container during the walkthrough. As discussed, ensure that handwash sinks are properly supplied at all times.
