      • No soap was available in all gender washroom in the pool area, hand dryer also did not work, and paper towel was not in a dispenser. - Please provide suitable supplies for handwashing in all washrooms including soap, and paper towel/hand dryer.

      • Anti-entrapment plans on file are missing information or have outdated information on them about the kiddie pool drain covers. - Please update anti-entrapment plans to include updated information about the drain covers and their expiry dates.

      • Plans were able to be located and reviewed. Anti-entrapment plan that was kept onsite was not filled out. - Please ensure that an updated copy of the anti-entrapment plan is kept onsite.

      • There are some missing tiles on the outside deck near the entry to the inside area. There are also some "heaving" tiles in this area so deck is not flat and could be a tripping hazard. - Some repairs were done but some are still needed.

      • 1) There was a small amount of mould in the caulking of the shower. - Clean the mould, if it cannot be cleaned replace the caulking. 2) Shower temperature only reached 33C. Showers must provide water greater than 35C and less than 45C.- Repair the shower temperature.

      • Plans were able to be located and reviewed. Anti-entrapment plan for the whirlpool is missing information about the interconnected drains. - Please update anti-entrapment plan.

      • There are some missing tiles on the outside deck near the entry to the inside area. There are also some "heaving" tiles in this area so deck is not flat and could be a tripping hazard. - Some repairs were done but some are still needed.

      • 1) There was no soap in the washroom or at the shower. - Ensure hand washing sinks and showers are stocked with soap at all times. 2) There was a small amount of mould in the caulking of the shower. - Clean the mould, if it cannot be cleaned replace the caulking. 3) Shower temperature only reached 28C. Showers must provide water greater than 35C and less than 45C.- Repair the shower temperature. 4) Some of the chairs around the pool deck were badly damaged and have large holes in them. - Remove any damaged chairs.
