      • The clock in the outdoor whirlpool area was not working. - Repair or replace the clock ensure that patrons have a way to monitor length of stay in the outdoor part of the whirlpool.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • There were a few missing or chipped tiles in the outdoor part of the basin. The grout was also chipped in areas. - Repair or replaced any damaged tiles and grout. Ensure the pool basin is in good repair.
    • 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • Anti-entrapment plan was completed but there was missing information as to how the main drains are connected. - Please re-complete the anti-entrapment plan to include information about interconnected drains.

      • Dec.27/23; Sample not tested; no time on requisition. Ensure sample submitted Jan.2/2024
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • Facility has 4 pumps and 4 filters that are required in order to meet turnover rates. Only 2 of the pumps and filters were working at the time of the inspection. Flow rate was around 180 GPM, minimum flow rate is 264 GPM. - Repair the filters and pumps and ensure that the whirlpool can meet the required turnover rate and filtration rate.
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) The main flow meter for the recirculation system did not work (was not showing a reading) - Replace the flow meter, ensure that the flow for the recirculation system is able to be determined. 2) The flow meter for the front Jet pump is the wrong size for the pipe. The flow meter is rated for a 2'' pipe when it is on a 3" pipe. - Replace the flow meter ensure it is the correct size for the pipe it is on.

      • There were many leaks in the mechanical room coming from the filters and the pipes.- Ensure all pluming is in good repair.
