      • The following was observed during inspection:-Shelves near whiteboard had large amounts of wear/chipping on their edges and corners.-The lamination on the edges of several cabinet doors was either missing or peeling away.

      • Paint has begun to chip on a section of the wall underneath the whiteboard, exposing the drywall underneath.Walls should be smooth and easily cleanable.

      • The lamination surrounding the hand sink has come loose. The lamination on the edges of the counter where the hand sink is situated have fallen off leaving the wood underneath exposed.The facility must be kept in good repair.

A sanitizer is necessary to ensure microbial loads are reduced to safe levels on high touch surfaces.Education was provided to the operator regarding the types of sanitizers that can be used in a childcare facility.Please ensure a sanitizer is always available.
