- July 2, 2026: -paper towel dispenser at kitchen sink was empty, and was refilled during inspection.-paper towel dispenser in the washroom was empty-liquid hand soap dispensers at kitchen sink and front bar counter sink were very low and were re-filled during the inspection.Previously noted: -Handwashing sink was not supplied with Appropriate hand wash soap. Please ensure adequate supplies are available to encourage handwashing and prevent contamination of food.Ensue that paper towels are in dispensers and available in the washroom.

Initially, it was done by a pest control company year ago and now the operator wants to manually monitor the pest. - No approved sanitizing solution was available for use on food contact surfaces. Owner was advised to go get an approved sanitizer in order to prepare a food contact surface sanitizing solution (e.g. 1/2 teaspoon of regular, unscented bleach mixed with one litre of water = 100 ppm chlorine which is safe to use on food contact surfaces).

- Numerous flies were noted in the facility. The back door to the premises was found open during the inspection. A screen door is required to be in place if you are keeping the door open. Until such time, the door must remain closed in order to prevent entry of pests.**Ensure that you have copies of all pest control records provided by your pest control company, and that you are following their recommendations. The most recent records produced during the inspection were from April 2023.
