      • A gap was present at the bottom of the back door to the facility. REQUIRED ACTION: install weather stripping to seal the gap and help prevent entry of pests.

      • The faucet at the three-compartment sink does not reach the first compartment. REQUIRED ACTION: the faucet at the three-compartment sink must be adjusted and/or replaced so that it reaches all compartments of the three-compartment sink.
