      • The injera room was moved to a new location in the facility, and the previous injera room is in the process of undergoing alterations to accommodate a meat cutting room. Layout plans were not submitted for review by our office prior to the start of the renovations. Owner was instructed to provide layout drawings for both rooms for AHS to review.

      • There was no sanitizing solution available in the dishwashing area of the back food preparation room. The operator was instructed to obtain a bottle of regular, unscented bleach from the store front and was instructed on how to use the chlorine test strips to prepare a 100 ppm chlorine sanitizing solution.REQUIRED ACTION: ensure that an approved sanitizing solution is always prepared and available for use during food preparation, as well as for sanitizing equipment and utensils after dishwashing and rinsing.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • There was no liquid hand soap in a dispenser present at the sink area in the back food production area. There was a bottle of dish soap located beneath the sink area that will be used until liquid hand soap is obtained.REQUIRED ACTION: provide liquid hand soap in a dispenser at the sink area in the food preparation room for hand washing purposes.
