    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Not corrected: at time of visit a child washing hands complained that the water was too hot( kinder). Several of the hand taps had temperatures above 49CPlease check all taps that clients may use and reduce the temperature. The faucet is one that the dial can be pushed into the max hot position via the child.

      • Staff were noted to be diapering children on the counter of the hall washroom across from the toddler room. The diaper change pad is larger than the minimal counter space and pad and child dangles off the edge. The diaper pad was not affixed to the counter. This non compliance has been noted and discussed preciously. Diapering must occur on the floor or provide plans for a solution such as a portable diaper change table

      • The diapering area on counter for toddlers: the diaper pad does not fit the counter and was in the corner at an angle partially hanging off. Diapering/diaper mat must be on a flat and solid surface such as the diaper stand on wheels as per initial approval or on the floor.

      • The bleach spray bottle for sanitizing the diapering area was not functional It was replaced with a functional one

      • The diaper pad in the baby room was torn.Replace with a durable, smooth and easy to clean diapering surface. There was a torn and taped up diaper pad in the older children washroom. As per owner it is a spare. Owner was told to dispose of it. - corrected
