      • Rodent droppings observed at the floor/wall junctions in the kitchen, on the floor in the dry storage room, and in the side storage room near the screen door. Clean and disinfect areas affected by rodent droppings.
    • 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done: (a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
      • Low-temperature dish washer measured 0ppm chlorine; sanitize dishes in the three-compartment sink using an approved food grade surface sanitizer. Contact a dish washer technician to service dish washer.
