- No evidence of vermin was observed. Pest control records were not available for review. Please maintain pest control records. The AHS pest control checklist was provided to operator.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- The wooden countertop surface, covered with aluminum, was observed to be in disrepair. The countertop is used for placing take-away containers/boxes. Please cover/seal so that the surface is smooth and easily cleanable.

- Outstanding - Grease and/grime buildup is observed on the floor beneath equipment along the entire grill-line. Ensure that the indicated areas are cleaned and sanitized.Dec 22/25: - Grease and grime were observed baked onto the floor beneath equipment along the entire grill line. The operator indicated that additional time is required to move equipment and complete cleaning. Please clean and maintain this area.- Minor splashes were observed along the wall near the back door.
