      • *Equipment and tools in the drawer not in clean condition and clean and dirty tools were mixed up. Debris and hairs were accumulated in the drawers and tools.
    • 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
      • *Some of the hairbrushes built up residue and debris on them.*Dust and hair built up on some of the hair clips and hair rollers. Please make sure required cleaning and disinfection are done and extra hair equipment are stored properly to prevent contamination of the hair tools.
    • 18. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Non-Critical)?
      • * Hairbrushes were left in the barbicide. Lots of debris were built up in the barbicide.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • *Hairbrushes left in the barbicide had lost of debris and hair in them and also lot of debris built up bottom of the barbicide solution container.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • *Accel disinfectant wipes were expired. Discarded by the operator during the inspection.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • * Debris and hair built up at the workstations and drawers and equipment/ tool storage units. Please make sure cleaning of the areas are done and maintained in clean and sanitary condition.
