- Several food items were noted to be past their use-by date. Staff discarded the foods during the inspection. Ensure that staff monitor food preparation date and time stamp and their use-by date.

- The hand-washing sink located next to the toaster was obstructed as the sink was used for food-handling. Use designated hand-washing station only for hand-washing purpose and ensure that the sink is not obstructed.

- Flies were noticed by the prep area. Discussed with operator onsite about coverage of glazing tray while it is not in use. Glazing could be covered with a tray to prevent any contamination while there was no preparation happening.
