      • *There was dented food can noticed. It was corrected during the inspection by the operator. Removed from the shelf.Please make sure food packages are in good repair and not damaged.

      • Sanitizer bottle by the front counter area had different type of chemical in it. Please make sure chemical bottles are properly labelled to prevent misuse of the chemical.

      • *Dishes and trays used for food preparation were not go through the sanitizing cycle.Please make sure staff is informed about 2 Comp. manual dishwashing method.Discussed with the facility about the proper 2 comp. manual dishwashing method.

      • This was an outstanding deficiency from the previous inspection Wall surface at the dishwashing area was not in good repair. Please make sure it properly refinished.
