- *There was dented food can noticed. It was corrected during the inspection by the operator. Removed from the shelf.Please make sure food packages are in good repair and not damaged.

- Sanitizer bottle by the front counter area had different type of chemical in it. Please make sure chemical bottles are properly labelled to prevent misuse of the chemical.
