Staff decreased the temperature setting and the cooler temperature fell below 4 degrees Celsius during the inspection. Up-to-date temperature monitoring logs reviewed at the time of inspection.Continue routine temperature monitoring, and ensure that the cold-holding temperature is kept at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
