      • Quat based food contact surface sanitizer had a concentration of greater than 500 ppm.Solution was diluted to 200 ppm. Ensure that sanitizer solution is maintained at 200 ppm. Stronger concentrations can leave a residue on food contact surfaces that can be transferred to food.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Strong sewer gas odour at the three compartment sink. Grease interceptor was last cleaned June 4, 2025.Investigate and abate the source of the sewer gas odour. Grease interceptors should be cleaned at least once every four weeks.
