      • Kitchen's refrigerator temperature was measured at 11.3'C.-Please monitor the refrigerator closely and take corrective action as needed.-Adjust or repair the unit to ensure it consistently maintains a temperature at or below 4°C.

      • Uncovered cold pizza tray and cut vegetables (meant for children's afternoon snacks) were observed left at room temperature in the green room. This pizza tray was placed near a dirty paint cover-up.-Please ensure all food items are properly covered and handled/stored to prevent contamination.-Also, all cooked high-risk foods are to be held at or above 60'C and cold food such as cut vegetables are to be held at or below 4'C until needed to ensure food safety,
