      • Mouse droppings and chewed styrofoam pieces were observed beside the south cooler. Mouse droppings were observed behind the coolers and underneath the cupboards on the north side of the facility. Safely clean up all mouse droppings. Monitor for further activity. Ensure that adequate pest control is taking place in the facility.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There was a gap at the base of the east wall where baseboard is missing. Replace the missing section of baseboard.
