      • Alcohol based hand rub (ABHR) available on-site had expired. Product was removed from facility. Discussed hand hygiene requirements.

      • Isopropyl alcohol is being used to disinfect non-critical tools which is not an appropriate type of disinfectant. Obtain a low-level and/or intermediate-level disinfectant. Discussed proper claims on the label that are required.
