      • The Quats sanitizer concentration was measured at 50ppm. Once notified the buckets were replaced with a 200ppm solution.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Scoops with handle was stored in bulk containers with direct contact to food products. Once notified, scoops were properly stored
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The handwashing stations were not equipped with paper towels inside a dispenser. The paper towels were directly stored on a shelf or counter tops. ** Provide paper towels in suitable dispensers.

      • Handwashing stations were not equipped with paper towels. Once notified, temporary paper towels were provided at the handwashing station. However, the provided item was not suitable for the available dispenser. ** Provide paper towel in a suitable dispenser at each handwashing station.
