   • 03. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Critical)?
     • Bleach solutions were not properly labelled with their contents. (ie. Bleach solution)
   • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
     • The diapering area in the infant room was being disinfecting using Lysol wipes. Please ensure an approve disinfectant is used in the diapering area. ie. bleach solution or accelerated hydrogen peroxide
   • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
     • ** Some sleeping mats were worn with the vinyl exterior torn or missing. exposing the fabric underlay. Replacement required.** Toddler room - the shelf liner on the white shelf in the toddler room was lifting exposing wood underneath. Repair or replacement required so the surface is smooth and cleanable.** Some rubber ducks from the toddler room were mouldy inside. Please remove from use
   • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
     • Shoe racks at the front entrance which were over four feet in height were not secured from tipping. Please secure.
