      • Facilities not maintaining proper temperature. Residential refrigerator while in use internal temperature at 59.3 F and freezer at 40.4 F. Instructed that cooler must maintain 40 F or below and freezer at 0 For below. Critical citation issued 7-38-005(A). "Held for Inspection" tag placed on cooler.
    • 10. SEWAGE AND WASTE WATER DISPOSAL, NO BACK SIPHONAGE, CROSS CONNECTION AND/OR BACK FLOW
      • Inadequate plumbing and connection at utility sink. Water filter device connected to utility sink faucet. Rubber water coil connected to utility sink from water filter device thats used to prepare drinks for customers. Instructed that water filter is not properly connected and should be connected to proper waterline supply. Also, on grease trap not installed at three compartment sink or catch basin on premises. Instructed that grease trap must be installed at three compartment sink. Critical citation issued 7-38-030.
