- Alcohol used on customers nails and skin did not have a din and was not approved as an anti-septic.Please obtain isopropyl alcohol that is approved in Canada with a DIN or NPN

- manufacturer's instructions were not being followed for high level disinfectants. Rinsing steps, including rinsing of disinfectants off after use were being skipped.Operator was educated on the proper steps for disinfecting and the importance of following manufacturer's instructions.

A testing log was not being kept for reused high level disinfectants.Please track the testing of reused disinfectants with a testing log.

- Razors used to remove callus during pedicure procedures were not sterile at use. Please obtain sterile razors to continue service or stop providing the service with razors all together.

- 1.Operator was batch mixing cosmetic products in bulk containers. Products cannot be mixed to prevent old products being mixed with new products. Please ensure Containers are emptied and cleaned before they can be refilled. Operator was educated on the proper procedures when refilling containers.2. The container used heat up wax by the hand sink was visibly dirty. Please dispose of the wax in the unit, clean and disinfect before refilling.
